This item is made for the ResMed Swift FX Bella Nasal Pillow Mask. The Swift FX Bella Loop side strap Pads prevent the cat whisker marks on your cheeks from the side straps. This micro fleece fabric slides over the end of the loop and stays in place against your cheek. The loop pads go behind your ears to protect you from sore ears. These are attached with a tiny strip of velcro so you do not have to remove the strap from the main part to install them. You dont even feel the velcro in the pad.Both of these pads are washable and reusable
